Aeromatic Propeller F200 73E 6 hole hub

Description

This is a Koppers Aeromatic prop with 6 hole hub and 73E blades. It appears to be compatible with Aeronca 15AC, Cessna 120/140, Ercoupe 415C,CD,E,G; Piper PA11 and PA 16; and Swift 1B with 85-145HP motors with a 6 hole hub. (Note, I do have an F200 hub with an 8 hole hub if you prefer that). Make sure you double check compatibility before buying, as shipping is not refundable. The prop automatically adjusts pitch according to flight conditions in order to improve takeoff and cruise performance as governed by a set of weights and stops. The blades rotate as they should in the hub.  It is complete, I removed one of the blades for shipping and the necessary fasteners are included. The blades appear to be sturdy but they will require refinishing (nitro cellulose film, or automotive paint) and balancing. The metal leading edge on one prop is more dinged up than the other suggesting these blades are not a set, although they are of identical make and model (00073E). Separately, I have a pair of NOS blades of a different manufacture but the same model 00073E for sale, these have superficial marks from storage and transport but show no signs of use. Your third option is to get a set of blades made by Kent Tarver in Fallon NV, but his blades are not certified so they are for experimental class airplanes. Pickup is avail in May TX, or we can ship UPS ground in a custom wood crate.
