Includes three (3) bright galvanized "cork screw type" ground anchors with tip protectors, two (2) 15' and one (1) 10' length of 3,000 PSI woven 3/4" NYLON rope. Plastic Poly-Propelene type ropes, have a non-secure feel, are difficult to get a solid knot completed and will either stretch or snap under the shock loading type service for aircraft tie down. NYLON is the only MIL SPEC approved rope for aircraft tie downs. Complete kit is supplied in an indestructable storage bag made of Herculite*. Herculite is reinforced, extremely tear resistant, as well as Flame Retardent, self extinguishing, as well as impermeable to all liquids, gases, and dust. The material is totally waterproof, resists mildew, all aviation related chemicals, oils, and greases and will not rot. Herculite will remain serviceable from well below freezing to 160 F. The basic material has a breaking strength of 230 lbs. and strongly resists abrasion, wear, chafing, and punctures. Each storage bag has Velcro closure strips and NO mechanical parts to fail or scratch an aircraft interior / exterior.
