Head appears to be a thin plastic, body is made of wood.  Second-to-last photo shows the weights that go inside the head to allow it to move about.
Piece does not have any markings I can see to indicate a maker or period of production.  Though, these older Japanese imports normally had a sticker which was very easily lost.
Doll weighs 1.3 oz.
All items come from a smoke-free home.
Kokeshi will be wrapped in several layers of bubbles, placed into a polybag mailer and shipped USPS First Class Mail with tracking provided.
